The family members was eating at their dwelling on Fern Oak Circle in Stafford County all around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, when they listened to a gunshot and saw a bullet tear by their ceiling and land in a hallway, Maj. Shawn Kimmitz with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Business office reported in a video posted to Fb.

Deputies responded and identified that a 2-calendar year-previous in the condominium upstairs experienced “gained accessibility to a firearm” and fired a shot by means of the ground and into the dwelling down below, Kimmitz reported.
