CapMan’s fund makes first investment in Sweden

CapMan Residential Fund has built its first financial investment in Sweden with the acquisition of a forward funding task in Örebro from the Swedish developer Serneke for SEK 314 million.

The challenge involves 139 flats scheduled for completion in Q4-2024.

The job, located in the new urban space Tamarinden, is positioned 2 km to the south of central Örebro, Sweden’s sixth premier town.

The project has high sustainability ambitions and a very clear eco-friendly profile which incorporates onsite solar collector programs and rainwater assortment locations for re-biking rainwater in the neighborhood inexperienced areas.
